God is preparing ICA to enter into a great season of harvest and breakthrough in life and ministry. We have set up the ICA Academy to provide appropriate learning and development opportunities so that we can grow in spiritual maturity and reach our God-given destiny. The Academy is an umbrella organisation for seven schools with each of its schools meeting specific learning and development needs. Faith Development is the school that helps disciple church members through providing practical Bible-based teaching on the Christian life. Theological Education is a Bible School that currently provides diploma and undergraduate level education and is the means for providing leaders with the adequate theological knowledge to function effectively in pastoral and leadership positions in the church.
The Hong Kong School of Supernatural Ministry (HKSSM) and the School of the Spirit (SOS) both teach on spiritual gifts and help students to apply these within the church. The School of Worshiper (SOW) develops in students both the spirituality, ability and skill to worship as well as develops in them the heart of Service. The School of Global Community Service (SGCS) trains people in missions.
